Refunds and Returns

In this policy, we hope to answer all questions that you may have regarding our site returns process. If you have any other questions regarding this site or your dealings with this site, please contact us at Sales@GleesonJewellery.com 

We welcome any of your comments, queries or suggestions.

Please note that items purchased can only be returned via the procedure stated below.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unmarked, with any included tag attached. Items must be sent in their original packaging and with any accompanying booklets or guarantees included. Worn, altered items or items damaged after delivery will not be accepted for a refund.

If a product was worn or damaged after the sale, we could not guarantee a full refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We have a fourteen-day return policy on online website purchases (fourteen days after receiving your item to request a return and send the item back).

As per our terms and conditions, the cost of returning any items is at the customer's expense, we do not offer a collection service; you will need to use your own courier (registered post or similar is advisable). Please note that refunds do not include the initial cost of shipping.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Sales@GleesonJewellery.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are excluded from our fourteen-day returns policy, such as earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
